Things to do during the presentation :

Things to do when the presentation is, first we have to prepare the materials to be delivered. Second, the use and choice of words should be short, clear, understandable, and delivered in a manner vigorous, interesting and motivational. Thirdly we have to keep up appearances we have to adapt to the situation, choose appropriate clothing and not too much we should avoid anything that will grab the attention of the contents of the presentation. Fourth we have to deliver a message to regular, interesting, and we had to keep the volume, tone, rhythm and tempo talk and watch the setting breath. Fifth we should pay attention to movement and body language and facial expression, the expression needs to be shown that the audience does not feel bored. Fifth we have to look at the audience, have to make eye contact with the audience we must communicative, moving towards / toward the audience and avoid disruptive behavior such as wringing paper. Then use the little notes, and made ​​sure the summary reads. Finally we should provide a question and answer session.

Things not to do during a presentation:

Things not to do during a presentation is,first  not prepare the material to be presented. Second read when presentation. Third not making eye contact with the audience. Fourth not dressed neatly or disrespectful. Fifth  do things not important. Sixth  just stand in one place. Seventh read the bullet points on a slide. Eighth speaking too long. Ninth failed to attract attention. And last ending with a bad presentation.

So we have to avoid the things that we should not doing so as not to interrupt the presentation, so that our presentation went smoothly, effectively and efficiently.
